Will be interesting to see how the conference plays out. I’m really down on my Arrows but they also have an opponent record of 15-1. Every team they have played so far is a playoff team. Teams like Mount Vernon have played teams with 2 combined wins. Mansfield hasn’t played anyone since week 1, Sandusky will be a real test for them this week, but truthfully if they don’t beat every OCC school by two scores they should probably find a new coach.

even wooster off to a rough time in non conference but played everyone tough,look for wooster to make an impact in the OCC.

For the most part although I'm a little surprised Mount Vernon hung with the Zanesville Blue Devil's. MV does have a couple play makers and looking at the Zanesville scores they do not appear to be a dominating team that wins in a blowout each week. |

i know this doesnt have to do with OCC,but how many in the mansfield area play the wmfd u pickem challenge. i noticed on my computer screen that the northmor vs cardington game came up 6 times .how many of you have the same problem. i emailed wmfd and jeff alan said that he checked his scoreboard and or screen didnt come up 6 times. how can this be.this is not the only times that i have repeated games on my screen and scoresheet.please let me know if you had the same thing happen.

A few thoughts about the OCC
1. Huge game in Wooster next week. Mansfield should be the favorite.
2. Lexington had a nice win against WH. Kudos to them for hanging in there
3. Mt Vernon played hard at Wooster last night and just kept hanging around. Great running back
4. Madison - Sure hope they can turn around that program. Must be frustrating for those kids to be overmatched every week. The entire OCC needs Madison to be better.

On paper, this is for the OCC Championship. Wooster's record is deceiving because of their 3 losses in NC action. Looks like a beautiful night, weather wise, so may the best team win!! (Go Senior!!)

You could say this is a little more than on paper. Mt Vernon has shown nothing to indicate they can play for a OCC title so this game should be the decider. Fantastic 50 has Mansfield winning by over 2 TDs on the road. |

I do not know of any other local team that can list at least 3 kids that have already accepted D1 offers and at least one other who is trying to get one. Not to mention a couple that I hear may be getting some D2 or D3 interest. |
