Hopefully, for the Trojans, the defense will be solid. Keep in mind, those 8 starters gave up over 300 points last season. Start, Clay, and Lima were decent defensive games

They do play for the "Lima Cup" in Boys Basketball, and many of those games have been classics. Perhaps the start of the same for Football?

Overall it should be good for the city. Continuing this game for future years all depends on if Senior gets better or if LCC gets worse then that could cause a competitive problem.

I did notice that. Beating Marysville, which is their only loss, surely helped.

If Marysville played the Lake division schedule they may get 1 win, 2 if they're lucky. They're not a strong team just playing average D2 and D1 schools. Findlay is lucky they got them on their schedule.

If the playoffs were to start today, 5 schools would be in, and 2 more are sitting at 11 and 12. Only one that is truly out of it.

Good news for Findlay for time being; Centerville is getting hammered, 27-0. Of course, if Trojans don't beat SJJ, it may not mean a hill of beans.
