It's nothing like that you're misunderstanding, it's a whole team game. I'm just saying he's back this week. He's a big part of the team with almost 90 tackles

I don't have any ill will towards Harding. I don't know one person on their team. They got dedicated fans and supporters. I like that.
I'm picking Pleasant for 3 reasons. 1. Pleasant is under-rated. They have a competitive team with a good quarterback. 2. I get tired of reading all the excuses on why Harding under-performs "too many penalties...missing a kid...too many turnovers...wet field" How about they just got beat by a better team? ....and 3. Any team that lets us tie them at half for whatever excuses they want to use...don't deserved to be picked by me going against a good team. LOL
Honestly good luck to both teams. I don't really care who wins. Who ever goes to the playoffs though, I'm all-in for that team. Good luck to everyone!

And i will be the first to admit we lost last week against Alder no excuses turnovers and playing bad defense will lose you games in a heart beat... thats the probably one of the worse games they played all year and it was their own doing...

totally understandable "harding", I just wish we would have "one" game where we played above our expectations. At least you guys got a good competitive team this year. I got spoiled last year. LOL

Hardings leading receiver and starting DE in top 5 in moac sacks isn't playing. So I don't think I'll pick them.

De hurt and I believe wr got in trouble. Was hoping for an injury free equally matched game.

Well if they had him last week and as Harding said they played bad defense, it shouldn't cause them to lose this game. I mean most of you picked them to place 2nd in the league, didn't you?

1st time poster here and yes im a Harding homer. I will take Harding in this matchup. But, if Harding plays undisciplined like the last 2 weeks they will lose. Losing the receiver on Offense really doesn't hurt them with so many skill kids ready to back fill. The Pleasant transfer could fit in nice in his spot. Speaking of the Pleasant transfer he also backed up the DE they lost and he does lead the league in sacks. Attitude will play a role for HHS, if they come out flat because they lost last week they will lose and lose big. Pleasant just doesn't have the horses to keep up if Harding is mistake free. They still have a lot to play for. 2nd place in the MOAC and a chance to ruin the playoff hopes for RV or BV. Also a possible playoff berth for themselves based on what happens ahead of them(7-8 teams have to fall flat). One website has them as high as a 7th seed(given my last sentence). But again 6-4 in itself will be a huge turnaround for a team that went 0-10 2 years ago and only having 25 kids 3 years ago. Go Prexies!

Yeah the wr is basically only a deep threat and isn't the speed. He will be replaced easily. Look for Douglas to have big game they couldn't stop em yesterday. But booker from pleasant he played other side of line at de so they'll bring in someone else for injured #5 facione.

It will be humorous to see Booker in the Pleasant team picture and listed on the roster for Pleasant in the fall sports program.

He was a president all the way up till 8th grade so I figured he'd go back eventually.

Welcome to the board! i totally agree Harding has to play mistake free they seem to implode if they start turning the ball over.. im still trying to figured out why they cant seem to solve the fumble bug problem they have. Last week had to be the worst game all year for the team... we have the skill players and speed if we can use it right to beat Pleasant just have to control the tempo and momentum

I know they work on ball control drills everyday per the coaches but its hurt them all year. Redzone turnovers vs Mount Vernon and Newark cost them the game. HHS is close, people on this boards really have no idea how close the presidents are at being 7-0. But as they say being close is only good in horse shoes and hand grenades. But back to the Alder game the OL for HHS really stepped up so hopefully they can put it all together tonight.

With the skill players Harding has, if they avoid turning the ball over I don't see how Pleasant comes within 2 TD's of Harding

Not sure if I agree that Harding could be 7-0, obviously wasn't at the other losses, sounds like they had there chances, but nothing in the Alder game I can see a fan come away with a play here or there was the difference. Harding could not stop Alder on the ground in the 2nd half. Alder made a mistake right before half that gave Harding some hope coming out of the locker room, that ended after Alder's 1st possession.
Biggest game left for Pleasant, with Fairbanks and Galion left to play. Coach of the year, IMO, should go to coach Cook even if they don't win the league and Alder runs the table. What a turnaround from last year.
Good luck to both teams tonight! Play hard and have fun, should be a fun game to see.

All good sir.. I'm simply going on last years game because if memory serves me correct both teams are pretty much the same. I will say though.....if Harding turns the ball over it'll be ugly in favor of PLeasant

Harding had a lead by the unusual score of 7-4.
11-7 Pleasant is the latest score I've seen.

Harding 41-21 was the final.
So how did Pleasant get those safeties for their first 2 scores?

Them presidents played great even with quite few penalties. 2 safeties was a bad handoff but sayre played hell of a game and another one he got tackled in end zone cause line collapsed. That kid flat out ballsout. Defense tough on pleasant all night. #12 kwauve booker transfer from pleasant cracked the qb and made him fumble early also.

Harding 41-21 was the final. So how did Pleasant get those safeties for their first 2 scores? The first safety was a result of our punt returner making a mistake he fair caught a ball on the 1 yard line.... we went for a bomb had a receiver open and he dropped it next play safety lol.... the second one was werid we got pinned inside the 5 again on a punt lose yards on both plays for a safety.... The refs tonight were OFFAL especially the one... ive never seen Harding given 8 unsportsmen like penalties... it was a crazy game dare i say felt like a RIVALRY game...
