Nothing wrong with a little debate. You can't be broken hearted over a posting board of highschool football. And no intentions of keeping it going. But I just say what needs to be said and say my opinion as anyone else.

This thread is like a bad car wreck. Every time I drive by one, I promise myself I'm not going to look but I inevitably do. For the same reason, I can't seem to not click when this thread has "NEW" beside it. you have to admit this had to be the most used thread on the site lol i cant believe its at 8 pages lol... And they wont say Harding vs Pleasant is a rivalry..

I brought the NCC into the discussion to prove things happen that a league constitution doesn't cover. You were using the league constitution to say there was nothing in it to give permission for one school or schools to watch and scribe what another school or schools do. Grapefruits and grapes. WF, I've played your game before. The NCC has no bearing on the MOAC. To use the NCC as an example, especially without facts, interjecting hearsay, and/or second hand info (unless of course, you were present at these super-secret meetings), is, as you say, "foolhardy". Provide facts, with names and schools involved, or your NCC example is trash. End results do not justify your means. Now, if you used the NCC example in proper context, you could have provided it as an example as to how the Blue division voted to leave the MOAC. That might of been an apples to applesauce comparison. As for my posting the MOAC constitution, I backed up my assertions with facts. Whether you wish to admit this fact into the conversation is entirely on you. I asked you for facts. Names and schools of, as you say, those who ""hide and watch", make notes, keep a book" on Harding. I, and I'm sure many others on this board, eagerly await your factless diatribe. <sarcasm> I never said the NCC had any bearing on the MOAC. The ONLY reason to bring the NCC into the discussion was due to your claim that no one could doing anything unless a LEAGUE CONSTITUTION allowed it. I just showed that schools/individuals could to A LOT that wasn't in their league constitution. No "facts"?? Just hearsay??? about the NCC. There were FACTS talked about on radio stations, interviews with the President of the NCC. There were FACTS in newspapers. Interviews with coaches and ADs involved or affected. Both stating FACTS concerning what I posted. Since you are uninformed and demand facts that the vast majority already know, this post will have to be longer than necessary. You insisting on a "diatribe". The secret meetings were admitted to be the League President on a radio show when backed into a corner. Surely you aren't so silly to think they would invite or even tell the schools, they wanted to leave behind, about their meeting to formulate the plan to do so, thus secret. As all know, "not secret" league meetings invite ALL members, do they not?? The 4 school left behind were not invited to these meetings. The leaders of the movement to get away from Galion, Upper, Ontario and Lucas were the ADs and coaches from CC, BC and Wynford. ALLLL.....of which become public knowledge after the fact, if one reads and/or listens. If you don't know their names, you will have to do your own research. AGAIN the ONLY reason to bring the NCC into this discussion was to disprove your claim about league constitutions. I wasn't being specific, as you yourself proved, when I said "schools". Which is VERY generic. Show us where the MOAC constitution won't allow schools to do such things, IF they choose to.

Wow, this sounds like a fun league to be part of. Harding wins a couple of games and no one wants them. Pleasant is jealous because they aren't getting the Harding transfers anymore. If the administrators are anything like some of the posters are on here, the MOAC will be done in less than 5. That's too bad because it was a good league.

Can't blame the Red MOAC administrators or posters on that. That was all Blue division admins. It was a great league and will be a great league. Why the shot at Pleasant though?

I had a laugh when a fan of a member school who just left the MOAC said "this sounds like a fun league to be a part of"

really??? Because the same day the judge who is a pleasant coach was removed from his case he was allowed to play so get out of here a that bs I'll tell you how backward you are. You gave ZERO proof that a judge based his decision on where his house is. No proof = foolhardy slander. not talking bout kid that transfered I'm talking about kid w ankle monitor his judge was a pleasant coach and as soon as he was removed from his case he was reinstated to play

I had a laugh when a fan of a member school who just left the MOAC said "this sounds like a fun league to be a part of" It does sound like there are A LOT more issues in the 25% of what is left of the MOAC than even the NCC had. Should be interesting

You are correct. A constitution would never say anything against "scrutiny".

Could an elected official (judge) even be able to set aside the time right after school for practice?

Told myself that I would not be sucked into this again but...the coach at Pleasant is the Majistrate and has nothing to do with the juvenile court system. He was not taken off the case because he had absolutely nothing to do with the case.

That is very good to hear. Seem to be a very unrealistic statement to begin with.
