yeah it's hard to blow anything right now with a Boomstick up my ace all week cripes
hopefully my Chris Sale Powers activate and he can keep lil' Stevie Matz and Lucas "Brasi" Sims from tippin the canoe...but with my offense in the hella-toilet i might be riding the storm out til next season
i can't believe all the 1st basemen i had going into the season i traded the only one worth a damn! i gotta nail that 2nd rounder next year :+)

gotta love that earlier today I had a pitcher who was slated to start tomorrow, so I put him in sunday's lineup. look a little later and (after daily lock) lo-and-behold he's starting tonight. wtf, thanks rotowire for your spot on reporting.
Edit: not that it mattered when another one of my pitchers has a 162.00 era (6ER over 0.1IP). That is the stuff that championships are not made of...

Quick update.
REDS submitted a claim on Rosario yesterday at around 2pm, as he was unable to add Rosario because ESPN would not allow him to drop Harper even though he DL Keeper'd him.
DRT picked up Rosario about 2 hours later.
DRT gets his transaction back.

hey i just burnt a transaction to sign a guy cause i wasn't sure if you would be onto it in time or not, so if it's cool with everyone i'd like to just sit on that rescinded LM transaction in case i need it this later this week
funny how a guy like Rosario, with really good numbers, and who has been on an absolute tear, can sit there and and sit there and sit there and then two owners try to sign him literally within 4 hours of each other

strange isn't it? I went to pick up beckum the other morning and missed tig by 10 minutes. Although in that case I was only delayed while waiting on the cubs to DL Contreras.

I sat on dl'ing harper for the season until reading article after article saying he's pretty much done until the playoffs. with washington's lead in the east and other options available I could see them holding him out as long as they maintain that lead. with my playoff chances down to the last two weeks of the season, him sitting on my bench was doing me 0 good. went to make the transaction and bryce was still listed as undropable (sp?) per espn. funny thing is torch, north and I had been talking baseball the past few days via group text and nobody mentioned any specific player...I make the dl'keeper decision, pm north, got a "will have to do that after work" reply and not 3 hours later torch already has the guy rostered. I love fantasy sports, and this league in particular. so many sharks in the water.
