A simple man reading the tea leaves now has concern with Wade declaring this AM after all the supposed progress this weekend. Perhaps they’ll kick on 10/17, and Wade is simply tired of the nonsense. I can’t blame him. Seems the decision makers prefer leaking to the press rather than being transparent with the coaches and players.

Fisher had 346 on his TD runs alone. Broadcasters didn’t provide clear overall rushing total. Also had 49 yard punt return TD as well. He also had a long TD catch and run called back in the 3Q.

Fisher goes 84 yards for the TD. Gross. He has to be close to 300 on the ground. Also had a punt return TD.

No initial interest in Matt Haarms from OSU per the 20 schools that have already contacted him. Having a proven 7-foot-3 center in the arsenal never hurts.

I've seen a lot of great RB's over the years, but none impressed me more than Treveyon Henderson. If you haven't seen his highlight tape, make it a point. He's the best I've seen and.....a 4.5 student! I'm prayin' this kid will wear a Buckeye uniform one day! Just committed to tOSU! Boom!

Galion finished the season 2-21. The 21 losses is tied for the most losses Galion has had in a season (1988-89, 0-21). Their average scoring margin this season was -16.7 which ranks 7th worst in Galion history. They allowed an average of 67.3 ppg, 10th most in a season and most since the 2005-06 season when they allowed an average of 67.66 ppg. Bobby Gossom, Galion's coach, now has a career varsity record of 5-104 (0-42 Lucas-boys, 3-41 Crestline-girls, 2-21 Galion-boys). He has never won a conference game as a varsity coach (0-70). Not sure of the exact win totals but Jv finished with 4 or 5, 9th had 1 or 2, 8th and 7th both had 2 or 3. So I'm not sure if the next few years are going to be any better. Especially now that we lose our 2nd all time scorer who was an All-Ohioan and 3 time first team All-MOAC player.... I've heard it's possible that Gossom's son, Riley, may be transferring here next year which would help a lot but we'll see if it actually happens. I'm not sure why the Gossom coaching record is needed as a re-portable fact unless you have an ax to grind. If we are being total disclosure Gossom applied for the position and was released as the 3rd option. Only when the top 2 guys decided to walk away after interviews he was then contacted again to offer him the job. From a big picture you may be thankful to even have a coach, as more guys have walked away from the spot than wanted to apply. Interesting comment. I seem to remember you referencing Loney’s coaching experience and resume after getting the Shelby job. Based upon your own criteria here, I guess you had an ax to grind as well.

Final - 2OT
Controversial finish. Upper takes it the length of the court and lays it in at the buzzer. Radio coverage said the buzzer sounded before he got the shot off. I will be interested to see the replay.

Has anyone heard on the injury to young? He is a steadying influence for the team imo. Osu needs similar efforts from everyone like today to finish the regular season anduildfor the tournaments. Here's hoping this isn't just anoterpeak in the roller coasterseason. High ankle sprain.
