The loss of Foster will hurt. Can anyone provide Gray's record as a head coach without Foster? Updated my post. Personally talked to coach Foster, he will be back for 1 more year so that will help the Norwalk program and Grey.

I am curious about the running game. Perhaps one by committee? I think the D has a chance to be lights out. From What I am here it will be by commitee, malony will get some carries, Evan Stumbf if eligable will get carries, A couple rbs turned wr my go back to rb, like Jake summers and Ethan Phillips, Also soph Daniel Trysik my see carries or atleast play d,. I think it will work its self out in the scrimmages. who they like .

If they can get past Manfield again, I see either 10-0 or 9-1 with a deep play off run. There goal this your is state after tasting the success of last season. And a lot of returning starter and deeper bench then last year. A couple of the guys will be missed but I see us being more balanced then trying to always give raymore the ball. Defence will be solid with returning 8 of 11 starter on d and 7 of 11 starters on offence. should be solid.

Foster is done, Grey has about 2 maybe 3 years I think he will still coah. Next year Starters will have to do all the heavy lifting , bench will be week, This is from what I know and hear. Staters Chapin, Obringer(both will need to be leaders and need to score alot) Lacy -will need to shoot more, Sowders and Geilhousen will be your guards, Bench Ian Minor will need to improve, Jad ogalsby , mostly a defender not much of an offenceive threat, Andrew Mozina, scrappy , poor mans Eric hall from a few years back. some of the bench from this years team that will be seniors probaly wont play . so there is your starters and 678 of which is about as deep as Grey goes typicly, other bench that wont play Koby Kromer and Haden mauer(could still be jv since hes a jr). Soph who may push to play Varsity and will at least start JV and sit Varsity Bench, Drew Shoup, Daniel Trysik and Kyler Kromer(really the only true point gursd in the program and the better of the Kromer Brothers.) If the starters dont score Norwalk will be introuble. I see Norwalk Pushing for the SBC , but will proabably finish 3rd or ty for 2nd behind Sandusky and Clyde.
Also Norwalk football is projected to be real good and if they hit there goals and go as far or farther then last year . That means, Chapin, sowders, will miss early season practice as we lass Mozina and shoup and trysik,

Okay we will agree to disagree on whether they were young, and I'll respond by covering things that need to happen for Norwalk to be a solid team next year. Obringer, Sowder & Lacy all need to take more of a leadership role next year as this will be their seniors. All made strides this season however Obringer has to become a double digit scorer each night as does Lacy on most nights. Sowder is, and will be an excellent defender, and needs to contribute more on O as well.. Chapin needs to realize he will be their main option on Offense and play as such. Gellhaus needs to take much more of a ball handling role as do others as it will be more of a group effort next season. Minor needs to become the offensive punch in the post when needed and continue to develop. One thing is for sure they will NOT be a young team next season as I look for Steve to play 6-8 with the core being seniors. So it will be a fun watch to see what happens... Your making a prediction, I'm giving current facts. The 2 from Sandusky were given multiple awards and recognition ahead of anyone returning for Norwalk so they are not on par. In 9 months who knows.

Norwalk over Vermillion in the final would be chalk.

I'll ride the chalk! Sandusky over Shelby, then Vermilion over Sandy Clear Fork over Bellevue and Senior over Pt Clinton then Senior ekes out a win over the Colts Norwalk beats up on Columbian and Clyde edges Perkins. Norwalk rolls into district. Ontario takes care of Galion and Lex turns the lights out on Edison. Lex is too much for the Warriors. District semis - Senior edges Vermilion by winning the offensive boards Lexington gains revenge on Norwalk, setting up an OCC final District final - Lexington beats Senior on a neutral floor and advances to BGSU. FYI Thats not chalk, just saying.

Schedule, Who the Hell cares , they played who was on it got int he playoffs and rest fell into place ,not in there control played who was next. With What Norwalk has coming back they could go 10-0 , 9-1 next year. Great season Truckers don't let any of these idiots on here take it away from you . Proud of you boys.Next man up keep up the hard work. GO Truckers, ya call me a homer.

Truckers went down to Madison and walked away with 63-43 victory. Haraway with 19, Lacy with 11, and Freshman Minor with 10 to Pace the good guys. Plus Beat Tiffin the night before handily with out Haraway. Like we said after the Huron loss, Huron is lucky they played Norwalk when they did, middle of the year Norwalk wins by 15.

Norwalk Only loses 6 seniors who were Major contributors, everyone else is back, and will heave nice depth in the soph class having good athlete's , not easy to replace those 6 but I think coach FOX and staff will have it figured out. although next years team will be heavy with seniors who have played a lot. the past 2 seasons, so the experience will be there and Chapin will have a year of experience as QB, should be another fun year for Norwalk.

my Prediction for Lake Norwalk Haraway is the best player in sbc Sandusky Lost to much and injuries, will be back on top next year Clyde, clyde would have been 1 with out injury Perkins, scrappy team with not enough depth, will win a couple games they shouldnt Bellevue, well its Bellvue, has the talent , but can never put it together Tiffin, young and unknown, with new coach What games will Haraway miss? Could that affect Norwalk's Divison record? Huron & Tiffin, Lost to Huron, have Tiffin Fri which is a league game, but at home with a 2nd week of practice with the football guys , I believe the win, especially after losing to Huron

Haraway was suspended fro 2 games for getting ejected on a bs call in the playoff football games. I he play s and Obringer doesn't get knocked out Norwalk wins by 15-20, Football guys still trying to get into bball form, 1 week of practice with full team , pretty tough. Norwalk still will win Lake I feel.

The team that won State wasn't even there best, If they would have been in D2 instead of D1 the 2 previous years , they may have won D2 State more then 1 year., Plus the one year they lost to Witmer who had ineligible players.

Norwalk wins by multiple scores. A running clock second half wouldnt surprise me. No way! Norwalk is not good enough for a running clock on any of the remaining schools. I'm just curious how many running clocks did they put on anyone this year? And when is the last time a number 8 team has won there region? They had a running clock last week vs BG
