Norwayne made the Soph QB look like a Soph QB, needed better ball control, should have 6 -0 at have but instead of ball control Norwalk tried to pass its way out of a hole and end up giving Norwayne short fields

Norwalk could go anywhere from 3-7 to 7-3, New coach lower grade talent couple of transfers, who knows, be sides SBC there noncon is not very forgiving either, with Man's Sr, PC one of the top Bay teams Edison, may be down a little, and Norwayne, not sure what you get there, Shelby, will still be good, but not as good as last year, and then the meat grinder of the SBC Lake. So we'll see could be interesting , need to figure out QB, but have young talent and a couple of key seniors in raymore and livingston. Also heard they got a transfer QB from Ontario but have not verified that yet. The young D from last year should be improved and we'll see the difference Fox makes.

I really think race has nothing to do with the issue going on here, its simple the JV coach wanted to cut him last year because did not help the team, and was not coach-able, so coach Gray put him on Varsity and gave him every opportunity, but as last season and the off season program went on it became apparent that the kid in question was not as good as he thought or acted that he was. no hustle showed up out of shape, played no defense shot the ball every time he touched it but was never making shots even when not open, had even digressed from the limited time they gave him last year. He was given every if not more opportunity to succeed but it was apparent the his playing time should be limited. Every player is told there roll after the practice and scrimmages what kind of time they will get. Practice has a lot to do with it and when you don't listen in practice or dog it then your not going to find time on the floor on Gray's team.
On a side note, at least 80% of the accusers in this situation got in trouble at a party hosted by they kid in question with alcohol and drugs.

Simple Fact is the kids is just not good, and is uncoachable , so instead of parent realizing that have to make up crap because he kid wasen't playing and when he did was lazy , played no d and got yelled at for not playing hard, these people have never coached or been coached in there life what a joke, Gray and his coaches have a great program, sucks to have a few people who didn't get playing time try to end a job of a good man and coach.

wallacefan might be right Norwalk may go Norwalk here and go safety vs. hiring the beSt FOOTBALL coach? Another wasted opportunity to hire the right guy? Im hearing they are backing off of fox because of skeletons. he was good enough for a Christian based school but not for good ole Norwalk? Don't get me wrong I hear a lot of good things about mahaney, he's done a good job with little talent, but 7 straight playoff app. that's a pretty good resume. Getting close to a hire , according to AD.

So lets see basketball plays plays more games but also has 3 or 4 smaller schools on its schedule. (you're playing D-4 south central this year) Norwalk did not have a great season last year.. 7-15 the year before that they were 10-12 and 11-11 the year before that.. and lets face it the NOL hasnt been that good. so would you think a change in basketball is also coming??? Sportsvideo: I really don't know basketball that well like I do football, and some people question that to, but I like bball so the only thing that I'm going to say on that is that since we are d-2 we do not need to be playing schools in the firelands or any other d-4 teams. I hope that answer would be ok with you. Gray won A State Title he won't go anywhere until he wants to. The SC game was a pick up from another school that dropped, just a game to play during the Christmas break really. Norwalk has an opportunity this year to contend in the Lake , with Sandusky, Shelby , and Perkins, I believe will be the top 4 teams. Have shooting , some young size , senior leadership and a healthy Haraway.

Mac is not a bad guy, but the issue I had is that he never adjusted to the talent he had, the kids had to fit his system instead of adjusting the system to the kids strengths, they need to be more creative in the passing game to get kids open. I believe that this years 3-7 team could have been 7-3, with some adjustments.

Shelby football PLAYERS go to a party where there is beer and they sit 30% of regular season games. One player at Norwalk gets collared for drug possession and he sits 14% of regular season games. Shelby has a potential State Champion caliber team. Norwalk looking at an above average season. Embarrassing for Norwalk Administration. It was there 2nd offence so they get a high % of suspention

Norwalk had the ball 4 min left in the forth on a long drive RB tackled at the three landed on his back and then the momentum of him hitting the ground the ball popped out into the end zone and recovered by Sandusky for a touch back the officials talked about it and gave them the touch back, runner was clearly down, would have been 1st and goal from the 3. and the way the Raymore boys where running the ball don't see them not scoring in 3 or 4 tries, at least a field goal, of which Sandusky took the 4 min to kick like a 30 yarder with 11 sec left.

Sandusky v Norwalk, Norwalk should have won the game , its shame when bad offials give a hard fought game away with a terrible call, the kid was on his back and the ball came out, tape doesn't lie.
