I never said they were. It was a postulate. The question remains. Why would the MOAC even have a discussion about it, unless Lex wanted to join? I clarified the events for you based on the questions you had. To answer this question, the vote was in response to Lexington sending a letter of interest to the MOAC commish. Finally!! As I knew was the case. Lex wanted to leave the OCC and join the MOAC. Just like Harding, Galion, Ontario and Shelby.

As I knew was the case. Lex wanted to leave the OCC and join the MOAC. Just like Harding, Galion, Ontario and Shelby. Everyone already knew this. The OCC was looking to add 3 schools that would each be over 70 miles away from Lexington and then split into two divisions. They told the other schools they were not interested and began looking at possible options. The MOAC made perfect logistical sense.

Willard in the Bay Division means they might have won their last SBC Division football game. Boys Huron 207 edison 197 Willard 169 Oak harbor - 181 PC - 241 Vermilion 229 Stop argument that they are too small for the bay. Better argument is they are too big for the river. There was no "argument that they are too small". The question is, will they ever win a football game in the Bay?

Since no one ever posted one thing on here about Lex wanting out of the OCC. Quite the contrary, ever since CF left, all discussions have been about the many options of who would replace CF. Before those three there were others. BTW, those three schools are within a couple of miles of being just as far from Senior and Madison and 60 miles from Ashland. Are they contemplating running?

Posted a week ago that Lex had interest since the OCC was looking to add those 3. Everyone would be everyone who had interest and has been talking about it for the last week. But I first heard about it at a football game in week 8. What discussions and who were the options you are referring to, to replace CF? Lexington was the only school to object when it was announced. Now since Lexington has shown they would be willing to leave the OCC before adding schools over 70 miles away, Mansfield, Madison, West Holmes and Mt Vernon have changed their votes so the League will stay at 7. If I could have my way, I would say the MOAC missed the boat by not taking in Lexington. They are in a perfect location, have all our sports and their fans buy tickets to away games. Madison already contacted the SBC. Ashland wants to be in a football league. Mansfield is like Marion Harding and will do whatever keeps them in a league because very few what them.

The only thing you posted was, "Clear Fork would love to see Lex join the MOAC." Then enumerated reasons. You said nothing about Lex "having interest". Noting about Lex wanting out of the OCC. Nothing about a vote by the MOAC.
BTW, I didn't know you spoke for Clear Fork. The Administration, coaches, the School District and the populace. Would be FAR MORE accurate to say. I would love to see Lex join the MOAC, unless you're Ms Wyckoff.

The proposed expansion of the OCC was introduced in Oct. More than a week ago.
