I'm also good with not having to use a spreadsheet ever again. But I do have a few questions in regard to the minors. Do we know if we will have to promote those players as soon as they hit that mark during the season? Also i tried adding the players left off my roster but couldn't add them. Not rostered are pitchers Luke Weaver and Julio Urias as well as hitters Cody Bellinger, David Dahl and Minors Luis Urias and Bryson Scott.

I can answer at least some of your questions. 1st - player eligibility if/when they it the AB/IP limits mid-season. The following is copied from Fantrax on the options available. Minors Enforcement Type
This feature is used to force team owners to move players out of the Minors slot, once they become ineligible to be in the minors, according to your minor league eligibility rules, after the grace period selected below.
None
The system will not enforce any minor league restriction, meaning that players who are no longer minor leaguers can be kept in the Minors roster slot for as long as the owner wants. Violations however will still be shown in the Team --> Roster Violations screen, which is also displayed for all other options.
Make roster illegal
After the grace period has passed, the team's roster will become illegal, and will continue to be illegal for all periods thereafter, until the player in question is moved out of the Minors slot.
Automatically drop player
After the grace period has passed, the player in question will automatically be dropped by the system into the available player pool. The actual time of the drop is variable and is typically from 0 to 6 hours after the grace period has passed. If you have the Prevent Illegal Rosters rule is set to Always when using this option, then that player will not be dropped if that drop would result in an illegal roster.
Lock claims and trades
After the grace period has passed, the owner will be prevented from attempting to make claims and trades. Claims that are already pending, such as waiver claims, will not be cancelled and will get processed normally.
Lock all transactions
After the grace period has passed, the owner will be prevented from attempting to make all transactions except for moving the player out of the minors slot and dropping any player. Claims that are already pending, such as waiver claims, will not be cancelled and will get processed normally.
* If you use Minors Enforcement, you cannot change the eligibility rules once the season starts, however you can override eligibility for any individual player.
** This rule does not apply before the season (i.e. the first period of this league) starts.
*** Players are not flagged instantly once they meet or face a restriction, such as reaching a max games played - it could take anywhere from 1 minute to 12 hours.We currently have the None option selected because that best fit our previous rules.
As for your 2nd part about your missing players, I think you can't add them because you currently have 30 pending the upcoming active draft. I'm not entirely sure if the rosters are actually locked(i can't find that setting yet). I still think South has to give a ruling on that but I can see a few ways of correcting it. Such South manually making the adjustments, or make the necessary add/drops post active draft. |

I'd be inclined to deal with it post draft. We know the roster limits at opening day so Brow would just need to trim down. If that's the case, we'd just keep them unrostered for now.
tbh, I'd expect quite a few bumps along the way this season. Moving to Fantrax was already bound to cause some hiccups, and then throw in an off year...I mean, I myself can't even remember why Brow has an exceeded roster limit. Not that it isn't valid, I just literally took the year off from baseball. With no fantasy, a shortened schedule and no fans, the whole season seemed cheap in a lot of ways.

I do see a message on the league home page saying the keeper deadline is march 7th. Even though we all have our 30(except BROW) I think we have to physically set our keepers so none of use pull a pronk and have our rosters dropped on the 7th.

It's under the Team tab - keeper admin. Now I checked on my phone and it's hard as sh*t to navigate for that kind of stuff. Only thing I've really noticed so far is their mobile site isn't as user friendly as ESPN.

who are no longer playing MLB....................seriously wtf Yeah, there was consideration to rolling back to "pre 2020 keepers rosters" and have everyone redo their keepers. Then ESPN deleted our old leagues, so that became a headache/possibly impossible to set up again. |

It's an option that at I did not see at 1st. I have not heard from SOUTH on it so at this point I would not worry too much as everyone's rosters are still intact. FYI - Keeper admin is under the TEAM tab. I will create a post on the league board with some pictures as a bit of a training exercise. |

I figured out the reason I couldn't find the keeper admin was because my desktop bookmark was taking me to the 2020 league. (On mobile I'm on the 2021 league but I still haven't been able to find the keeper page on that version)
Now that I'm at the desktop keeper admin, it won't let me select any keepers:
"The deadline to finalize your keepers has passed, so you can no longer change them. The deadline was at Sun Mar 7, 2021 11:59 PM EST. Players will only be dropped once the Keeper Rollover is executed for this league."

Everyone's current roster is protected whenever South executes the keeper rollover. Thanks for getting that sorted out. Btw, I finally figured out how to get to keeper admin and a bunch of other stuff on the mobile site. From where ever you are, click the "hamburger" menu button on the bottom right. Then next to your team name is a little down arrow that will open up a drop down menu with all the stuff that's across the top menu on the desktop site (team, transactions, etc.) with other drop down menus off of that.  |

The order is not correct on Fantrax yet as SOUTH has not run the lottery yet. Thought he might do it this weekend but alas, it has not happened. As for traded draft picks, you bring up an interesting point. At the end of the 2019 season, only one 2021 had been traded. That leaves us with what to do with the 2020 picks. Roll them over to '21....throw them out....Sounds like a good topic for league discussion imo. |
