22-0. Glenville could beat this defense 100-0 if they wanted to. It’s gonna be ugly.

He hasn’t even logged in since mid-April. Don’t like the looks of that.

1. Shelby 2. R Valley 3. M Harding 4. Galion 5. Pleasant 6. Ontario 7. CF 8. Highland Shelby and R Valley at the top. Then a gap. M Harding, Galion, Pleasant and Ontario in the next group of teams. Then a big drop off to CF and Highland. 4 - who is the stud freshman at Marion? Who is the transfer? Kayden Paz is the freshman, he played with All-Ohio Red over the summer, not sure what his varsity minutes will look like but he was pretty darn good. Trey Cady is 6-8 now and has some D1 interest but has opted to take a post grad year already. The transfer is Logan Thrapp from Olentangy. A ‘25 guard.

Solid year for Shelby, playing in Week 13 isn’t easy. Unfortunately it ends here and they’ll lose by at least 20. Glenville is for real. Going to go watch the couple of Buckeye commits.

1. Shelby 2. Marion Harding 3. River Valley
How I see the top of the league. Shelby returns best player in league and some nice pieces. Harding returns a ton, received another transfer from cbus area, have a senior with D1 upside and a stud freshman coming in. RV returns the second best scorer in the league and some nice pieces as well. Pleasant and then Galion to round it out.

Harding is win and in for playoffs (likely), lose and they’re out. Unfortunately for them, bad matchup. They can’t stop the run and that’s what Galion does. Tigers by 21
Shelby over pleasant by 14 RV and Ontario roll

If healthy they have only 2 losses and tbh I think they matchup well with Ontario when healthy. Their corners got beat all game and that was really it. I feel like they are better in that game with Ivy, they for sure best Pleasant.
I think pleasant is well coached and far overlooked.

I wouldn’t pinpoint it to coaching or playcalling. When they lost ivy they lost their whole offense. Prosser is an athletic QB that makes throws sometimes but not good football choices. He’s a baseball player. They don’t have a varsity level running back on the team other than Ivy. Injury to Chafin hurts. So now it is No. 16 and prosser trying to make all the big plays happen

Galion fan cracks me up. But good win for Galion. They’re not remotely healthy. They’re 5-2 and alot better if fully healthy. I think that Ontario game is a game healthy. What a win for RV.

Shitshow by Galion. There was a bad call at end of first half that shifted things. Couple injuries on Galion’s side, but they’re getting their a ss handed to them. Shelby may win the league.

A Galion parent told me he grew tired of dealing with some parents, mainly a group of parents. Which is tough because you’ll deal with parents anywhere in that kind of job. But I guess some are worse than others and a fresh start isn’t always a bad thing.

Alex Bruskotter of Shelby heading to Wright State.
Harding lost two transfers to Buckeye Valley including impressive freshman Marcus Hemphill. As well as gained a transfer from Olentangy area.

Westler is a great guy and played some college ball out of Harding, I think he was one of their best QBs ever. He ran the offense for a few years and then went to be a QB coach at Otterbein or OWU, I can’t recall. Sounds like he’s walking into a mess at Pleasant. So hopefully they give him enough time. He’s been around plenty of football at all levels. Great football mind.

Stover is indeed out as Galion coach, in at Highland.
It’s a head scratcher for the immediate future as Galion is a better team than highland next year. But the future of highland surely can be better than what Galion’s will be.
