Shelby 67 Lucas 41 Worth. Christian 84 River Valley 47 I know about Worthington Christian's history but would have thought a loaded RV team could have stayed in a game with them.

I understand RV returned every starter, but they were an 11-11 team in the MOAC last year, which I think gives good teams an extra 1-3 wins compared to similar leagues for being weak. I don't see their ceiling going that high.

For their program, that isn't terrible. I don't quite know what Clear Fork is up to this season, but I would otherwise say RV is a 3rd place team.

Considering that they replaced Wynford, Cardington, Buckeye Valley and Fredericktown with Delaware Hayes, Olentangy, Linden McKinley and Worthington Christian and they you feel they will win more games than last year placing 3rd in the MOAC you must feel they have improved a lot. The talk in fall was they they had a shot to compete for the MOAC title.

The talk in fall was they they had a shot to compete for the MOAC title. They were 5-7 in MOAC play last year and 6-4 in non-league action with those weaker schools you listed. If they can go 6-4 in non-league this year and boost the MOAC record to 8-4, that would be a big improvement in certain respects. The better, broader thought/question I have is: how often does a team return all 5 starters, and what improvement does that usually create? I'll admit, I haven't put much effort into looking at these MOAC schools since I'm more concerned about how Shelby fares against Lex, Norwalk, Mansfield, Wooster, etc.

Those Columbus games could get canceled since Franklin country is the only Purple one in the state. I see many games with Columbus schools have been canceled already.

Poorly officiated from what I seen on wmfd. Kids going for dunks and guys sliding under for attempted charges and getting the charge calls. Shelby definitely has room for improvement...

Wasn’t dominating by any means. But was never as close as it seemed either. Even when it was close 4-5 point game shelby would flip the switch and stretch it back to 10.

I was wondering why the switch wasn't flipped when the clock started.

According to the stats the broadcast shared afterwards, Shelby only shot 41% from the field and had 21 turnovers. Definitely room for improvement. Can’t expect to play like that and beat Ontario next week.

Sounded like Madison was slowing the game down and they still probably had 60 shots. 21 turnovers is a lot.

Cardington-Lincoln over Marion Pleasant 😁 Back in the old days of the MOAC I'd tell my daughter in Cardington that the games between Pleasant and Cardington were fun games. Everyone in Red and Black and you never knew which side you were on until someone scored.

Miss those days. I love the KMAC, but I miss the games with Ridgedale, Pleasant, Elgin and North Union.

Ontario 64, Huron 43.
Ontario trailed 16-15 after one. After shaking the rust off due to very few practices in November and turning up the pressure Ontario outscored Huron 21-9 in the 2nd and 15-4 in the 3rd to lead by 22 going into the 4th quarter. Ontario's 9th through 13th on the bench got to play minutes in the 4th, Ontario winning by 21. Shaver led the Warriors in scoring with 21 and Kurtz had 11. Balanced scoring for the other half of their 64 as 10 players scored.

Can anyone list the schools that have made these offers?

Huge shoutout to @cody1lantz and @timothyjjames0 both picking up full ride scholarship offers the last couple weeks! But they are not satisfied and working harder than ever!

Lantz is a full ride to Rio and according to Pugh’s Twitter has full ride offers from Fairmont state and Walsh university... Very uncommon for a NAIA school to give a full ride is what I was always told. If what you say is true, when was the last time a team have 2 full scholarship players on the same team in the NCO area?
