This game interests me because I kind of get the feeling that Pleasant, as crazy as it sounds, might have been overlooking Harding a bit and had this game circled on their calendar. That isn’t at all. Coach Cook is to good to have a team that undisciplined. Pleasant doesn’t have much of a defense. It bit them again this week. I think they go 6-4 this year. I think 5-5 is more like it.

its nice to see Galion winning games and playing well. However, I think Marion Harding sneaks by in this one. Galion has a tough stretch coming up, they will need this win for post season points. Galion will get very few 2nd level points if they defeat Harding.

I liked requiem for the Big East, Survive and Advance, Pony Excess off the top of my head. I also like some of the "SEC Storied" documentaries, in particular one entitled "Bo, Barkley and The Big Hurt". The climatic bit is the 2013 Iron Bowl when Auburn's Chris Davis ran back a missed FG for a game winning TD.

Playoff baseball, #5 seed Lexington beats #4 seed Galion 10-0 in 5. Tournament. Playoffs are for football only. You're welcome. Nit picking is for children. You're welcome.

You guys are sounding like some of the JJHuddle get togethers at state tournament time (football) in the "OLD" days.

Interesting to look back at how people thought the league would turn out this year. Clear Fork had no votes to win the league.

For autocorrect to work, the word has to be in it's directory. I don't know if true, but I think that once you use a name in posting that is added to the directory. I'm equally confident that someone on this site knows for sure.

We need another thread started so ohioraised can hijack it in order to pontificate on whatever strikes his fancy.

An out of the blue comment on my part, but I think Northwest and I think of farming and long hours of hard work. I think of Central and I think of cities with no chores as a kid and maybe not knowing that milk comes from cows and eggs from chickens. Like I say, an out of the blue comment on my part.

Years ago, when Otterbein was a college, you had to take phys-ed if you weren't on a varsity team. I took flag football, basketball, softball and weight lifting among other half semester phys-ed courses during my time in school. For football, basketball and softball the final exam was the OHSAA officials test for that particular sport. You pass the test, you get an "A" and your officials license for one year. I sometimes wonder how things would have worked out had I kept up my official licenses instead of getting hooked up in the government.

^^^ Do you mean they didn't want to host a second game after Coffman-Whitmer last Friday or that they didn't want a Saturday game?
