I give it about 10 to 15 minutes and Dr. Dude would be asking us to get up so he could lay down and he could tell us his troubles. Dr. Dude you better come with a pocket full of change because you would have to pay for two of us you know. I've been to the edge, took a leak while I enjoyed the view and came back without issue, so I'm okay whatever stories you have. Dr. Dude, It depends on kind of view you was looking at when you took that leak. If it was the back end of a bunch of animals than we still have a problem here and Sportsjock and I would gladly help you to the couch and annualize your problems for you and help you on your recovery. ROLF so much over this that I can't get up. It's a good thing that we can joke with our friends.

Move over Sports and I'll split the bill to Dude with you. Can you imagine what kind of stories we could tell Dude. Thanks for the generous offer DFA. I think we could drive Dr. Dude to the edge of insanity in no time......lol I give it about 10 to 15 minutes and Dr. Dude would be asking us to get up so he could lay down and he could tell us his troubles. UMMM, Willard Tigers, Big Red Vikings, Chargers, you pick which one or some others. ROFL STILL. You know me, I'm just pulling your old leg again.

Its one thing if there was some emergency that needed funding outside of the scope of what they could see in the near future but this here is just another want, not a need. Tommy, You are right, if it was some kind of emergency that is another thing but asking you, the tax payers to fund the building of a new school and have it built to the specs. that you wanted then coming back to these same tax payers and tell them you want to add something else that you should of had done in the first place. tactless, very tactless. I hope you guys could get this settle and in the tax payers favor. Tell the school board to come up with a better solution and one that doesn't involve taking your hard working money out of your wallet. Have them go to the big business down there and have them put a big donation for it. GOOD LUCK!!!

I can see them going 1 and 2 the first 3 games. Sure they may lose to my Steelers and to the Saints but I think they could beat the Jets for their first win. They might win 3 this year maybe even 4 games this year who knows.

I don't know but I see a lot of potential in Allen if the Browns can just leave him alone and on the sidelines instead of putting him in there his first year like they have done with every one of their first year QBS. Allen needs time and nurturing to be one of the best. I like to see the browns get better so they can give my Steelers some competition instead of these blow outs we been getting. But this is one way I see that it will happen along with better draft picks. That's just my opinion, I don't know if I am right or wrong but that's the beauty of our forum we can make our own opinion weather it's right or wrong.

Website says Norwalk is 0-9. Did hear they were young and had lost a lot to graduation. Thanks bsports, I knew we was young this year because of graduation. I hope we can get better in time for playoffs and continue on for next year. Oh I guess I better start using the web site now to find out on how they are doing.

Troch, I know I am late on this subject but I was a away for the weekend. Anyway I do not see where Sportsjock has to apologize for bearing false witness. He got his information from a newspaper which was giving police reports. That is called passing alone information from reliable sources. Now if he was telling the police or saying he saw him doing the selling or whatever in a court of law, then that is considered bearing false witness. I am going to check this out with a lawyer friend of mine to see if I'm correct on this but I think he would say that I am. I just thought it was interesting, that more bulletin board material from a program that has a history of problem athletes. As you pointed out, just relaying press accounts, no malicious intent intended. No problem Sports. I know you was just relaying some newspaper reports on the subject I just wanted to point that out to Torch. Torch I hope we are still friends and we don't have any problems over this cause you also come up with some wisdom of thought. That is one reason I like about this forum we are all good friends, at least some are, here and are willing to put up with each other.

I also work and pay taxes and honestly this is just too much for me to vote yes on. We were all told years ago that the cafetorium is all that Willard needs and that if we just voted yes for the new school that the schools wouldn't be going back to the taxpayer for more money. Now, it seems that promise has been abandoned because now Willard needs a multiple million dollar state of the art PAC. We as tax payers pay enough already for Willard and I have no problem with the new school and pitching in for it, but this is now turning into abuse of the tax payers. I can promise you that if Kathleen McNeal, who is promoting this big time around town, has to pay for this, she wouldn't be promoting it. Her slogan is, vote yes if you are retired, it won't effect you! Great slogan. Willard is taxed to death, bottom line and its time to say no and let the school work with the new stuff they already have! I will be voting no this time around and I know many others will too. I haven't heard of one person voting yes that I have ran into. I'm glad that you pay your taxes. In Norwalk we was told if we pay for them to build our new school the school board they would not come back on us tax payers and ask for a new levy for I think was either 10 or 20 years. I can't remember which it was so I hope someone from here would come on tell me if I'm right or wrong but they said they wouldn't and they kept their promise. They might of thought if they didn't they would get voted out and strung up or something. Maybe you should do that down there in Willard. Good luck down there.

Bigboy, You pretty much have the order right I think, but some I see might change positions around a bit. 1) & 2) will be battle for between SC and WR. 3) I might put Plymouth there with 4) New London right behind, maybe even switching them around. 5) St. Paul's. I put them there because I think they would be light on senior leadership. 6) Crestview, the reason I put them there is because they do have some varsity experience coming back not much but some. 7) Mapleton, they are just a little better than Monroeville. 8) And that puts Monroeville as last, though I wish they would come back and play like their glory days of the 70's championship team. I hope the fans and admins. give their new coach a chance to proof himself. Well that's how I see the conference for next year.

Moneyball you may wanna go see Coach Haas as he just wrote a Letter to the editor in support of the PAC being built---speak loud because he wears hearing aids LOL. He is also retired and this will have zero effect on his retirement income. Change the levy to working and retirement income that gets taxed and watch Mr. Haas change his tone. Tommy, I really hope you don't mean that. We have put in a lot of money on taxes though out our years and now that we are retired by either our age or by a mishap that wasn't our fault we kept paying for our schools, cities, state, and federal taxes. Now it's time for you young bucks to take over and do your share and I hope that when you reach our age you don't have to keep working just to keep a roof over your head and food in your belly.

I have done a few St. Paul meets. Kids competing in T&F are the greatest. Now I know then we meet each other at some of those meets. Sorry I didn't get back sooner to you but I was up in the great state of Michigan for the weekend visiting some friends with some friends from here. It was nice to be in friendly territory and not hear a nasty word like, OH-IO, and stuff like that. The beauty of that trip was my friends from here got the same treatment they give me down here but up there. Oh revenge, what a great word it is to give it to my wife and friends. The only problem about this last weekend is no sooner we crossed the state line my friends and family gave it right back to me, again. Talk to you later.

Gentleman, I would like to Thank You All for helping me find out if Ashland U. women team won or not. Being a BG grad. I sure am glad to hear the Robyn Fralick is going to be our new coach. It's been along time since Women's and Basketball were together again. I was wondering if anybody knows if Robyn and her replacement Kari Pickens are from Western Reserve High. They sound familiar to me from there. Again thanks guys. Robyn is originally from michigan (okemos high school grad) played at davidson college in NC. kari (daugherty) pickens is from Fresno, Ohio (warsaw river view high school) . Pickens sister Andi was a senior on Ashland's team. her mother caroline holds the record for points in a season and career at Ohio U. great basketball family.. Thanks Video, I been away this weekend up in Michigan visiting some friends. It was nice being in friendly territory and not hear a strange word all day (like OH and stuff like that) but hear M go Blue and the Victors. I wasn't the enemy there but my friends that came with me sure was. The only sad part was on the way home as no sooner we cross back into Ohio did my friends get on my case then. With friends like them and you guys, who needs enemies. Anyway thanks for giving me the information on the coaches Video.

CWR......of course, that came to me later. Been there many times officiating Track & Field. Sports, I didn't knew you were a Track and Field Official. Did you do any of St. Paul's meets between 2004-2010. My oldest was on the track team and we might have meant each other without knowing that one day we be pulling each others leg. I still have to talk with my friends to see if that is their daughter or not.

nah,Berlin Center or maybe even Western Reserve Academy nah, Collins Western Reserve. I knew some of the Pickens that was a few years behind me and I thought they had a child named Kari. I guess I'm gonna have to stop by their place and asked them that. I might be wrong on this one, I know there's always a first time for something, and it might happen again one of these years. . I did checked out Robyn last name and the ones that I knew spelled their last name different. OK guys let's start on the laughing and other stuff since I made a mistake. I can take it as long as my syco doc can still see me.

Burrow was Ohio states best QB today, Martell struggled throwing it. Looked dangerous as any qb I’ve seen running it. He would excel at h back but I know he’ll transfer if Osu tries that. Burrow impressive as well as McCall. Baron browning and Shaun wade looked good, master Teague is going to be good down the road. Glad Osu got this game in and didn’t cancel like ttun. 4, just to let you know since my son was getting on my case about the Yellow and Blue Game being cancel but Michigan was under a winter ice storm warning and they thought it was best to cancel it and not having their loyal fans get in a accident. It's just a spring (yea right spring my little rear end) game. Now let me hear it. My son gave me a lot of mouth about it. To me it was the right decision, it's not worth a life or more.

They had two BIG transfers in Tche and Trey Leroux from Monroeville. My understanding is they transferred out of Monroeville to Norwalk about a month ago. They are or have moved to Norwalk, so they should be eligible to play Football in the fall. Gibby, You are right on Trey and Tche are back in Norwalk. They started out at Norwalk, I know this because I coached Trey in 6th. grade football and the next year, I think, they transfer out to Monroeville to participate in wrestling. I am glad they are coming back to Norwalk cause Trey was one of the best lineman I ever coached.

is your response implying that he is on staff at huron now? i brought that question up to a current asst. coach at Huron when i saw him at Mejers store in sandusky and he said Yes he is on staff. And he moved when he left the first time. it wasn't huron chased him away. that is what im told anyways. Thank you Bayless for the information. I liked Mac, he brought some of his ideas to help Norwalk get out of that losing attitude and start winning. He did that and got us to the playoffs a couple of years. The only problem I saw was once we started to think that we are winners, we should have started toughening our schedule with teams that are in our division or the next highest. Teams that are always winners themselves and usually in the playoffs every year to. I also want to state to that the last couple of years we had more than our fair share of injuries to key players and sometimes that can be a big problem but I also see that if we had a tougher schedule not only in the varsity level but also for our jv's and freshman teams we could move some of those guys up, until the varsity player gets well, maybe without to much quality in those positions. JMHO and good luck Mac, in my opinion you did a very good job here in Norwalk.

For those whom might be interested.. Ashland women play tonight at 9:30 on CBS Sports Network - this would be the Division II Semi Finals.. The Eagles unbeaten in their past 72 games try to go back to back national champions... Tonight should be an uptempo game against Indiana @ PA... Sportsvideo, I was wondering how did the Ashland Women's basketball team do. I haven't heard anything on them if they won the National Championship again this year or not. I hope they did.

moneyball, I know that feeling. To me, it seems that everything HAS TO BE NEW. I admit some of these old buildings need a elevator but everyone should stop and take a look at some of the beauty of these old buildings. Back in the days when these were build, the workers took pride in their work and they built them to last. We had an All-School Reunion meeting the other day and I taught it was neat that when people was going from room to room you could hear the floors creaking, high heels going clip-clop on the floor just like it was when I was at League St. Elem. A lot of public elected officials need to sit back and think do we really need this and cost the tax payers big bucks or can we spend just a little here and have it save money for once. This generation of ours really only thinks about building a new house or business and move it out into the country when if they would see the building they are in and just spend a small amount it would last another 100 to 200 years and can still have land to plant something and feed the world. $ball I hope Willard's school's can work something out for the sake of you the tax payers and your kids future. Good luck.

I know where its going but when? They are bidding it out now and I believe the paper stated they wanted to have a portion of it completed by the fall. I also saw where they are moving forward with a renovation of the school board offices. I’m curious about that topic because they just renovated the one they are in when they first moved in years ago. Is the plan to build a new school board office or perhaps use the weight room facility? Is it against the rules for the achool board to be housed under the actual school roof? If not, I would think you could save $500,000 on renovations and utility + insurance premiums that first year if they could be housed inside the new school, i’m sure there is enough room there. $ball, if you have the room at the school, I don't think there is a rule or law that says you can't have it under the same roof. Norwalk, when they started shuffling classes around to different buildings here, the school board moved into the former Benedict Elem. building along with some special classes. Willard could have done the same thing instead of tearing down all those elementary building.
