Congratulations Monroeville on your well deserved win. You just restored some excitement back into the St. Paul- Monroeville rivalry.
I'm betting you will see a different St. Paul team next week.

I don't think St. Paul is going to roll over WR like alot of you are thinking. I talked to a St. Paul coach and he said WR is big, WR is fast and they are the real deal. With that being said, Go Flyers. That’s the secret to their success, never overlook a team. JL and his staff are some of the best around at game planning for an opponent. Whether it’s NL, WR, or a playoff game, the Flyers are throughly prepared. Heavy, absolutely agree on the game prep, JL and his staff are the very best at that. I just wonder with ST. Paul being so out sized again this week and the great running back that WR has is this the week St. Paul goes down. The key could be if WR has a passing game to go along with the running game. It should be a fun night at Whitney Field.

I would rather see the Favorites win these playoff series, when the underdogs win it makes the regular season games seem meaningless. I would rather see the two best regular season teams in the NLCS than two teams that got hot at the right time.

I don't believe SC played very well either. Coach's son was out with foul trouble, SB didn't play nearly as good as he normally does. Could have been the defense and new venue. I was surprised with the next round Score. I didn't think Springfield could hang with Richmond! 46-43 is much closer than I thought that score would be. SC brings back just about everyone! Should be them and Crawford again in the District Finals if they are both in the same divisions this year. Agreed, South Central is loaded. It should be them and Western Reserve fighting it out for The Firelands Conference title.

I went by Whitney Field about 3:00 monday afternoon and the temporary bleachers were folded up and moved off of the pad. Haven't been by there yet today but i wonder if the new bleachers are on the way. if so it is good planning being that St. Paul and Norwalk are both playing on the road this week.

Heavydrop, was it Moffit who had surgery this week? That will be a huge loss if it was him. Did you get that PM Gibby? I’m sure it’ll be official once this weeks pregame article comes out, I just didn’t want to say it. Got it, Thanks.

After watching the Plymouth-St.Paul game I could see Plymouth winning out, with the possible exception being WR. This was only a 13-8 St.Paul lead to start the 4th quarter. If I were Plymouth I would throw a few more passes just to keep the defense honest and make that run game even more effective.

Plymouth @ St Paul is a very intriguing game. Imo, this game is one of two that will be played for the FC championship. The other being When Western plays the winner of this one. I'm going with Plymouth in this one. 28-27 You do realize that Plymouth has played 3 teams that are a combined 0-9 right? Willard, Cardington and Buckeye Central were also a combined 7-23 last year of which Willard had 5 of those wins including beating Plymouth. I am going to have to disagree completely with you and say St. Paul wins this easy by at least 4 scores and may also shut Plymouth out unless they score on the JV's. Does Plymouth still have that huge offensive line from last year or did them guys graduate?

The temporary bleachers are now up, they actually look a lot better than the old wooden bleachers that used to be there, I guess anything would look better than them.

I've been told that the visiting bleachers go in on the 19th. I was at Whitney Field this morning around 9:00am, and work has not yet started on the visitors bleachers. I think they have enough time to get the jod done but we are down to 13 days till the first game.

Norwalk Truckers: 8-13 Olmsted Falls, 10am. 8-17 @genoa, 10am. 8-23 Shelby, 4:30pm. Tomorrow's scrimmage with Olmstead Falls has been moved to 5 PM. Will this scrimmage be at Whitney Field or at the high school?

Meanwhile, St. Paul has picked up Northgate High School out of Pittsburgh in Week No. 1. The game will be at Whitney Field. Scott, any idea what size of a school Northgate is?

you need to talk to somebody that knows the real story. norwalk has the money already. sp was relying on some big contribution from a car dealership that fell through. thrill34 is one of the sp guys on here and he can confirm it. Agreed. Maybe Thrill34 will respond.

parking lot and bleachers will be paid for by the norwalk city school district and will be completed before the start of the season. the turf needs to be a project done between the two schools. norwalk athletic boosters committed their share of the project, sp could did not come up with their half, so turf will not happen this season. Sounds like a little of the blame game going on at this point, IDK. I was part of a conversation with a St. Paul and Norwalk employee who are both in the know (or at least I thought) and they seem to have been in agreement at that point in time that Norwalk was the one pissing on the wheels of progress. Not discounting what you’re saying, just reporting what I heard. Either way it’s long overdue. I also heard it was Norwalk that did not come up with the money, but it was just a casual conversation without anybody in the know involved in the conversation.

Any local transfer news? There was talk of the big kid from Carey moving to Upper. I am pretty sure the Winslow twins are staying at St. Paul.

It should come down to South Central and Western Reserve once again next year for the FC title, I don't see anyone else able to touch these two.

I'd agree with most all, from all above me. I am just an old schooler, and as Coach Haas and dozens of others have said, give me a point and a post and I'll win games. Triplett's don't go on trees, and you'll miss him more than you think. Others will step, and the team will be different. Better different, or the same different:), or worse different? We will see.... Upper Sandusky will be decent with or without Stone. He brings challenges too. He also may not be the only free agent signing. Enjoy the ride Flashes fans, it's always good to be relevant. Are the other free agent signings for Upper the Winslow twins from St. Paul?

Best way to eat Dominos Step by step 1 Order Dominos 2 When you get it tear the lid off the box and cut it in a big circle. 3 Put a little Mids pizza sauce on the circle and some mozzarella cheese 4 Pop it in the oven at 400 for 15 min (don’t forget to preheat) 5 Pull it out of the oven and eat 6 It will be better than the dog food that came inside the box. 7a Feed the Pizza(dog food) that came in the box to your dog (if you don’t like your dog) 7b Or just through it out I agree, Dominos is by far the worst pizza i have ever tasted.
